argh. i always missed out on the 3rd match showing at 3am. always fell asleep after the 2nd one.. and when i woke up, it was already 4plus in the morning. if im not wrong, the final game happens to be on a schooling day.. the time is at ard 2am. DAMN. still trying to figure out whether or not i shld watch it.
anyway, WHAT'S WITH THE SAUDI ARABIA'S GOALKEEPER?!! i managed to observe how he's gg to catch the ball. and to my surprise ( from my perspective view ) , he din really jump up to catch it. i mean.. yea i noe one can't predict the direction of the ball, but at least there's a few secs to see while the ball's flying in mid-air. many times.. the ball just went inside the goalpost. is he making an effort to prevent the opponent's team from scoring??

ytd watched the match with argentina against serbia and montenegro. the results were so disappointing man. wad the heck is the goalkeeper thinking?! wonder if there's smth wrong with the way he catches the ball, or the opposite team player's tactic was correct. argentina actually scored an unbelievable 6 goals..!! while serbia and montenegro's score was a NIL. omg. dats the worse score i had ever seen in my life.. while watching world cup. argentina already have 3 goals.. and its only FIRST HALF of the game. beginning to doubt the ability of the goalkeeper playing for serbia and montenegro. juz feel like fainting.. when i see the number of goals they have scored.
hmm.. so far.. i think im only looking forward to the game with countries like england, germany, south korea, japan & brazil.
costa rica..? hmm.. i think the country would most likely be the first to go home.. for losing 2 matches straight in a row. esp the goalkeeper..

woo ~ germany won again.. for the match against poland.. in the last 3mins ( additional time ) given. their score was 1 - 0.

ytd went to the preview screening of just my luck.. starring lindsay lohan & chris pine. i would say its a typical romance comedy film. if anyone of u watched freaky friday or hot chick.. u will noe wad i mean. basically, the storyline is more towards the freaky friday movie. ashley ( Lohan ) is the luckiest girl in New York City, where she has a promising career and a life full of glamour and romance. jake ( Pine ) is the unluckiest guy in town, tormented by constant mishaps and missed opportunities. everything changes for ashley and jake when they meet at a swank masquerade party, share a kiss, and miraculously swap their luck. now ashley’s ultra-fabulous life is going completely sour while jake is finally living large. but ashley is determined to track him down and steal her luck back.

GERMANY WON IN THE OPENING MATCH!!
ytd watched the opening match on chn 27 ( gt the most upfront view of the match ) . the atmosphere was simply too.. overwhelming. i did ( or maybe almost ) scream.. when i thought the ball had actually went in the goalpost. i guess i support germany more than costa rica. no prize for guessing the correct reason =x stayed glued to the tv.. from the start till e end. at around 5mins plus, philips lahm ( no. 16 ) scored the first goal for germany. the timing was pretty fast & quick. i was like.. kinda happy for the country =) however, costa rica soon followed suit.. as they also scored their first goal. there's one part whereby the goalkeeper playing for germany juz stayed at the same place.. while waiting the ball from getting in the goalpost. and nobody was dere to block one of the costa rica ( CRC ) player.
soon after, at around 17mins plus.. miroslav klose ( no. 11 ) scored the 2nd goal for germany. then, klose scored again the 3rd goal in 61mins plus. towards the end of the game, i was getting real excited to see the outcome of the match. and alas, torsten frings ( no. 8 ) scored the 4th & also the winning goal for germany in 87mins plus. in the end, germany won costa rica by 4 - 2. yay...!!

8 June 2006it was really.. one big blur. thought todae was juz the retest for the humanities subject. so i bought the notes ( topic which i studied for ) to sch.. hoping to catch up on some last min revision. khalidal mentioned that the his students had to go to the library. in the end, when sharifah came in, she said that there will be a re-test first.. followed by a short break.. AND.. the intensive lesson for history. i was like.. wth man. thought of coming here for the test only. the whole thing's gg to last till 12.30. and so, during the break.. i went to the coffeeshop ( beside the sch ) and have my breakfast, after in which i went home instead =xnot gg for tml's ss either. sigh ~ juz dun feel like attending.im leading a meaningless life..
